    How do I delete my TopUp.com account and my information from your database?
    We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to leave us, you can request that your account and personal data be permanently removed from our database. For security reasons, this request must be submitted by you through your online account.

    ⚠️ Important: What happens after deletion? Once your account is deleted:
    • Permanent Loss: Your account and all personal information are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
    • Balance Forfeited: Any remaining Plan minutes, Data, PAYG credit, or Tello Dollars will be lost and are non-refundable.
    • No More Contact: You will no longer receive any notifications or updates from Tello.
    Checklist: Do this BEFORE you delete

    To ensure the deletion goes smoothly, please complete these two steps first:

    1. Cancel Active Subscriptions: Make sure all active plans are canceled in your Dashboard.
    2. Handle Your Number: Either Port Out your number to another carrier or delete the phone number from your account.
    If you don't port it out first, the number may be lost forever.

    Steps to Delete Your Account
    1. Log in and go to the "My Information" tab.
    2. Scroll down to the "Account Control" section.
    3. Find "Delete your account" and click the green "Request" button.
    4. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the process.

    ⚠️ Privacy Compliance: Our website and services are fully CCPA and GDPR compliant. While we’re sad to say goodbye, you are always welcome to open a new account with us whenever you wish!
